Wellness Program Classes
We believe in the potential for physical, mental and emotional benefit through increased exercise and improved fitness. Our fitness classes are designed for people with Parkinson's and they are geared to help improve strength and maintain balance in a fun, relaxed environment with top instructors who are trained in Parkinson's. Classes include Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga, the Alexander Technique and Nia: Movement and Music. The program also includes a support group for Parkinson's care partners. All classes take place at the JCC in Manhattan, located at 334 Amsterdam Avenue at 76th Street.
Pilates for Parkinson's

Yoga for Parkinson's
